Natalia Kusendova is the MPP for Mississauga Centre and Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Francophone Affairs.
Natalia holds Bachelor of Science Degrees: in Human and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto and in Nursing from Nipissing University. In addition, speaks five languages: English, Polish, French, Czech and Slovak.
Natalia Kusendova is a Registered Nurse who has worked on the front line of our health care system at the Etobicoke General Hospital in the Emergency Department, as well as the Vanier Centre for Women, Ontario’s only female provincial Correctional facility.
She also served as a Policy and Political Action Executive Network Officer for the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, Peel Chapter, and as a member of the Canadian Polish Congress National Executive Board.
In her legislative work, she has championed causes important to members of the community, including introducing her Bill 105 at Queen’s Park proposing mandatory naloxone training for police and special constables, and Motion on Linguistically Appropriate Care which reiterated the commitment of the government to linguistic accessibility in Ontario’s Long-Term Care sector in a way befitting of diverse patient care needs.
She is very passionate about community and ready to continue her hard work for the people of Mississauga Centre as well as all of Ontario.
